| Tender Description | Part-A Construction of Auditorium in School of Eminence at NangalCivil WorkC1 Construction of Auditorium (500 Seating Capacity)-RCC framed StructureExcavation in soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m. Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar uopt 40%^ excavated from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 30 meters. Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS - 6313 - 2001 ( Part 2 ) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications (i) In foundation pits, by treating the bottom & sides upto height of 300mm by uniformly spraying solution |
