Details: Scope of Work: Removal and fitment of tooth point and its adaptors with all accessories of the bucket of Pay Loader PL-4 CAT 992K running at Auxiliary Section OWS Nigahi Project. Scope of work (1) Removal of fitment of 08 Nos. adaptors by gousing welding and grinding (2) Removal and fitment of 08 Nos. tooth point with locking. (3) Removal and fitment of wear plate ( Provided in between tooth points) (4) Removal and fitment of retainer plates / edge segment in side wall of bucket. Maximum likely numbers of manpower required will be 06 (Six) per day ( Skilled 04 Nos. and Semi-skilled 02 Nos) . Note : Gousing Electrode, Jointing Electrode and Industrial gases as per requirement will be provided by NCL. Cost/ charges for removal
