Details: Beaching, blocking and unblocking including dock hire/mooring (berthing) charges as required to be done for repair of vessel. Ultrasonic testing to be carried out of underwater hull , deck plate and hull to LWL Ship side plate for thickness as per drawing. Cropping & renewal of under water plate, deck plate , Ship side plate & other fitments after Ultrasonic testing report existing plate and as required as per direction of surveyor/EIC. Main sea suction valve and sea line valves and all fuel line valve (inlet & outlet) for main engine and DG Set along with its entire pipe lines to checked, tested and serviced , repaired/ renewed including other fitment valve in entire ship as per direction of IWT Surveyor. Labour and consummable Charge Cost of spare/material actual + 10% basis Sea chest ( Material :- SS plate, Thk:- 5mm, mud box, Strainer (Material :-Copper, Thk- 8mm) is to be checked, cleaned thoroughly, enlarged and painted as per direction of EIC/IWT Surveyor Labour and consumab
