Details: general maintenance/servicing of heavy duty cooling fan of 400/220kv 315mva ict-i, 315mva ict-iii, 240mva ict-ii, 50mvar line reactor and 80mvar bus reactor having capacity 415v, 50hz. 920rpm.,0.25 kw, 610mm sweep. the scope of work includes safe disconnection of electrical wiring of fan, removing case guard of cooling fan, dismantling of fan motor from main structure from radiator, cleaning, oiling, greasing, lubrication of bearings, repalcment of defective bearing/bushes if required, replacement of worn-cut contacts if required, proper alignment of rotor shaft & fan wheel, proper sealing, changing of connections leads etc. the work also includes refitting/reintallation back on radiator structure, checking the performance of the fans after connecting the proper supply and starting/stopping of fans at desired setting and free from abnormal noise. all men, material consunbles, t&p shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. complete rewinding and sevicing of 0.25 kw, 610mm swe
