Details: Centrifuging of complete transformer oil of transformer tank by connecting centrifuging machine, circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine, taking BDV value of oil and IR valve at a interval of 4 hrs. (As per UPPTCL norms) till the required value is reached /as per direction of supervision engineer. The work also includes opening of HV,LV jumper and earthing & cleaning of complete above T/Fs body,rediator fins,HV,LV &Neutral bushing etc with detergent mixed water and wiping/rubbing with cotton clothes to remove rust,dust and oil after centrifuging of transformer oil. Note- Centrifuging machine, machine operator, BDV machine, magger shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
