| Tender Description | civil work1- over head tankprovide vetted design & drawings from iit on bearing capacity of soil , supply of all materials, labour, t&p etc. and construct an rcc over head tank of following capacity with respective staging at diffirent location casted in m-30 concrete with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit as per i.s. 11682 and i.s. 456:2000 with rcc staircase and 1m wide balcony with 20mm dia g.i. pipe raling and rcc posts around the balcony and at the dome periphery, m.s. ladder from the balcony to the top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing m.h. cover with locking device, ventilator, lightening conductor, digital water level indicator, fixing of puddle collars and bell mouths, supply and fixing m.s. clamps with rcc coloumn, 25 mm thick pcc 1:2:4 floor over 80 mm pcc 1:4:8 in appron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, two coats of approved apex |
