Details: design, construction, establishment and development of solid waste processing plant (compost+rdf) scalable further as per the requirements with operation & maintenance for 20 years on vgf basis as per solid waste management rules, 2016 as amended time to time and swachh bharat mission (urban) 2.0 guidelines for 08 ulbs of cluster 16 negative tipping fee (the fee to be paid to ulb by the bidder) per ton (if the bidder quotes negative tipping fee the the column of positive tipping fee shall be quoted zero) positive tipping fee (the fee to be paid to bidder by municipal corporation) per ton (if the bidder quotes negative tipping fee the the column of positive tipping fee shall be quoted zero)
