Tender Description the effigy of ravana will be 51 feet tall from the ground to the umbrella, with a beautiful design and 10 mouths. out of these, one big and 9 smaller, 41 feet effigy of meghnad and 41 feet effigy of kumbhkaran will have to be prepared. the prepared effigies will have to be erected in the dussehra grounds a day before. the arrow shot by shri ram from a distance of 20 feet should hit ravana's navel, the shield should rotate as soon as the arrow hits, the fireworks inside the effigy should be grand and attractive and flowers should fall from ravana's mouth, then from the right eye and then from the left eye. flame should come out from it and there should be complete combustion with 75 explosions. the burning of the effigies of meghnad and kumbhkaran should also be accompanied by grand fireworks. material containing plastic will not be used in the mannequins. the effigies should burn for a long time.
