Details: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete in foundation bed with 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level including mixing,laying, compacting with flat/needle vibrator, curing as directed by the engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants,curing,safety measures and all other charges etc., complete. Providing and fixing stainless steel railing of (Grade 316) for plateform with three horizontal pipe ( 2nos pipe 32mm dia and 1nos top 50mm dia) and vertical pipe of 80mm dia with every 1.5m interval etc. Including cutting, polishing, fixing, etc all cost of supply of all materials, labours, Tools & Plants etc. Complete. Providing and laying Polished Granite stone
