Details: SCOPE OF WORKNature of Service Required: Record Management Service - Per File Based Nature of Service required from Service provider:1) Picking out specific policy dockets from the Steel Racks under guidance of LIC official. Approximately 3,80,000 old policy dockets (files) to be pulled out. Actual quantity may vary by 20%.2) From the policy dockets, old records are to be taken out and put at a specific place allotted by LIC in the ware house.3) These old records are to be shredded by shredding machine and these to be packed in large bags and weighed. Shredding machine is to be provided by vendor. Weighing machine and large bags will be provided by LIC.4) After removing the policy dockets, the empty space is to be rearranged.5) The empty policy dockets are to be masked with black ink (existing policy number written in the policy docket to be blackened with ink) and bundled into bundle of 200 policy docket.
