Details: annual maintenance of all internal and external electrical installation works of staircase, compound/street lights, glow sign board, electrical panel board, feeder pillar box etc incl. day to day operation of pump motor sets & its different valves attached with the pump lines & minor electrical repairing works for pump motor sets everyday including saturday, sunday & govt. holidays as per attached terms & condition by deputing 2 no. skilled electrician in two shift per day(from 12.00 pm to 08.00 pm) & (from 6.00 am to 02.00 pm) for period of twelve (12) months. monthly labour charges for engaging 2 no. skilled electrician in each 1 shift per day(from 12.00 pm to 08.00 pm) & (from 6.00 am to 02.00 pm) for period of twelve(12) months. incl. charges for epf, edli, esi & bonus contribution as per relevant labour act/rules and bonus (as per payment of bonus act'1965)
