| Tender Description | i/we have read and examined the bid document relating to the subject work. i/we hereby offer to provide consultancy services for the specified project as per scope of work within the specified time and as per terms and condition laid down in the bid documents in consideration for a lump sum amount quoted below inclusive of all prevailing taxes (excluding gst) and levies. gst shall be paid at actual as per statutory rules . i/we confirm that the lump sum amount quoted by me/us for the consultancy work is for the entire project proposed irrespective of the proposed tentative built up area/no of beds mentioned in this bid document. the actual built up areas/no of beds and functional requirements may change while doing detailed design as per client requirement subject to applicable byelaws and that no extra shall be payable to me/us in case of increase . design consultant / architect : surveying, geotechnical & soil investigation, conceptual design, architectural planning& drawings, carr |
