Details: scope of work please find below the scope of the work: i. one time voice sms will be sent to around 20 lakhs farmers in the month of october, 2024. ii. bengali text will be provided to the vendor. voice message has to be created by the vendor. this voice message will be verified and approved by food and supplies department. iii. delivery report has to be provided by vendor along with the delivery data. iv. payment will be released only after checking the delivery data.
