Details: civil maintenance works (buildings and s & p)note : any item (s) of work on the basis of prevaling pwd building schedule of rates can be executed as per requirement. payment will be made on the basis of actual measurement of the work done . the rate and unit will be considered as per the respective item of pwd sor volume - i w.e.f. 01.11.2017 including upto 15th addenda & corrigenda, pwd sor volume - ii w.e.f. 01.11.2017 including upto 7th addenda & corrigenda, sor electrical works vol i -2017 ( including 18% gst and 1% labour cess)
