Details: Removal of China mosaic, Brick bat coba water proofing exposing the RCC slab to accommodate insert plate of size 250 mm x 300 mm including re-doing the same treatment again ( using good quality water proofing compound also) after installation of Insert plates as per Architectural drawings & details. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding, etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. Providing ,Fabricating & Erection of M.S. 10 mm thick Insert plates (250 mm x 300 mm) and 6 mm junction plates for roofing with all necessary required fillet weld etc. with TWO COATS of enamel paint over one coat of primer as per Architectectural drawings & details. The rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding etc. complete. Actual quantity to be measured and paid. Providing, Fabricating & Erection of HILTI / ITW Anchor fasteners 12 mm Dia x 100 mm for fixing insert plates on existing RCC slab with all necessary required chemicals etc. as per Architectectural drawings &
