Skylights and other installations including removal of cobwebs/stains/splashed etc, cleaning of drainage spouts and disposal of garbage to nearest dumping place/SWM centre, cleaning of all water supply fittings/sanitary fittings and other fittings in all male/female/physically challenged person toilets by using approved walls/floor/toilet cleaner, stain remover, scrapper, broom and soft cotton duster etc, Cleaning of aluminium/steel/glass louvers/skylights above first floor of the building from out side with the help of approved platform ladder or rope jhula, approved cleaning agent, metal/plastic scrubber and cotton duster complete in Academic area as per area & scope mentioned in clause 21, periodicit
