Details: Item Description Providing services which includes: All the services/items mentioned in the main NIT document including Career conversations/sessions at IIMA campus, Workshops at IIMA campus, Master Resume Reviews, Variant Resume Reviews - 1, Variant Resume Reviews - 2, Mock Interviews at IIMA campus & Counselling, personality assessment using international certified test and providing coaching based on the assessment, submission of individual reports, batch report, advisory services to each student for job search etc. The services to be provided are in different formats as mentioned above. The payment will be made per student as long as the student has availed one or more of above services. The number of sessions per student may vary but the agency has to provide services to reasonable satisfaction of the student / IIMA. Note: 1. The total cost for the proposed assessment test should be included in this scope. The scope should also include the costs like air/local travel, hotel stay,
