Details: repairing, servicing & overhauling of rolling shutters/grilled shutters of all sizes including cleaning, greasing, oiling and tensioning of springs, welding and replacement of parts viz: springs, shafts, pully, laths, lock plates, guide channels etc. twice a year if and as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (the parts required to be replaced shall be supplied by the department seperately) supply of top cover of rolling shutter (ms or gi) 0.90 mm thick as per direction of engineer in charge. cleaning of internal drains of cross section area upto 0.25 sqm, including disposal of with all leads and lifts, outside the depot premises in the authoriswed dumping ground or as per directions of engineer in charge cleaning of main storm water drains, cross drains having cross section area above 0.25 sqm by removing dust, earth, etc. and disposal outside the depot premises in the authoriswed dumping ground, for draining out rain water smoothly, as per directions of engineer-in-
