Details: hiring of crane with heavy 20 tone long boom: crane will be hired on per-hour basis for the job. estimated work requirement is approximately 4 days for pulley at pre site @ 8 hours a day = 32 hours per site. so for two site 64 hrs (gst not applicable) dismantling of chain pulley structure alignment of main garter, including denting, tightening, welding of main garter as per site requirement alignment of lt garter, including denting, tightening, welding wherever required repair of chain pulley set, which may include repair or servicing of gears, brakes, gear cover, chain, chain block, bearing, hooks, nuts, as per requirement replacement of crane trolley block, as per site requirement replacement of wheel for garter, as per site requirement painting of all system, including rubbing, grinding, primer application, paint application and finishing of garter and side garter and ltey garter properly, with the use of safety equipment. estimated requirement is 4 labors per site x 4 days per site
