Details: 1.1 Scope Of WorkThe Bank desires to set up a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) that defines, implements& measures testing controls and standards across the Bank. The Service provider is expectedto setup TCoE to cater to various software quality requirements of Bank, primarily in softwaretesting.TCoE to work with the Bank’s team to create robust testing framework core capabilities,efficient processes, best in class Quality Assurance (QA) environment and innovations forcontinuous improvement of the Bank’s IT landscape. The TCoE would be a resourceful virtualcommand center that will utilizes metrics, implement automation, standardize testingmethodology, tools, and best practices to manage a versatile collection of available resourcesto ensure that the quality is uniformly high across all applications which can either be procuredby the bank OR developed In-house by the bank.
