Details are given at Annexure-"3" of tender. (c) The financial bid will be decided on the basis of highest quoted revenue share percentage. The bidder who will quote highest percentage of revenue share (H1) will be declared as successful bidder subject to qualify technical bid. Since, revenue share in percentage so Estimate Rate in Column-6 is taken as 100.
