Details: SH:- I For Burari Hospital, Burari.Routine maintenance of WTAC & STAC units (Aprox. 220 Units) i/c attending day to day complaints and rectifying the defects, replacement of worn out minor parts such as lugs, thimbles etc., cleaning of condenser & evaporator coils when ever required & monthly cleaning of filters etc. complete as per terms & conditions attached & Direction of Engineer-inCharge.Following minimum staff shall be provided by the contractor at Burari Hospital. (From Month of April to October)(1) AC Mechanic - 01 No.(2) Khallasi - 01 No. Complete servicing of WTAC/STAC unit of 1.5 / 2.0 Tr capacity including dismantling the AC from its existing position i.e. various OPD's, Wards etc, cleaning of evaporative and condensing coil with suitable chemical like coil cleaner, greasing of motor, cleaning of drain pipe and refixing the same on its existing position complete etc. as required. Supplying & Charging of R-22 refrigerant gas in existing following capacity WTAC / STAC unit
