Details: Cleaning, sweeping and scavenging of roads berms, paver block paths, open area of pocket etc. including removal of malba, garbage, building rubbish, refuse of all types and dead animals etc., collection and disposal of the same to the nearby MCD dustbins including arrangement of all Tools & Plants like broom, kulchi carts etc. for the entire residential Pkt-1&2, Jasola complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) The recovery of non-sweeping/non-scavenging of the area, the same shall be made double the rate per day of sweeping/scavenging in the agreement from the contractor as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (ii) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon'ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC, DDA etc. on account of non-sweeping/non-scavenging of the area, the same shall be borne by the contractor.
