Details: Carrying out topographical survey by total station equipment /DGPS marking all visible features as building road, nala, fencing, tree details including name & girth, manhole, railway track electric lines, telephone lines etc. & taking spot levels at suitable interval. Preparation of drawings on auto cad and supply of Four sets of drawings on A0 size papers along with soft copy as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. It includes followings along with above. i) Marking of tree nos by paints on ground.ii) Area calculation floor wise iii) Calculation and submission of parking areas, building areas, park areas, garden areas, all floor areas, perimeters of campus, boundary wall, set backs, area of services etc as per direction or requirement of client and Engineer-in-Charge.
