Details: Taking water meter reading quarterly from the water meter of the flats/ plots/ floors and distributes the water bills to consumers including conveyance charges etc. complete. Generating bills and providing print out per bill/connection per billing cycle (quarterly). Per month payment for daily data backup and recompilation/ reinstallation of software. Charges for duplicate bill printout (per print/ per entry) Monthly charges for day-to-day work i.e. issuance of defaulters notices, modification/correction of bills, master data entry for new water connection and other associated miscellaneous works (for one person only). The person/data entry operator will be deployed by the agency who will be at the disposal of DDA for above work and agency will have no interference. (Rate should be quoted for one person / per month) Note: The work mentioned above from sl. No. 1 to 4 shall be done by the Agency by deputing its own staff seperately from item no 5 for which no extra payment shall be made.
