Details: attending various day to day complaints the defects by deploying plumber alongwith necessary t & p for changing / replacing / repairing the fitting and fixture of g.i. pipes lines, rain water pipes, soils, sw drain of any dia and maintenance of all services to upkeep the property etc. complete as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge for all floor and levels. however all materials, fittings/ fixture etc. required shall be supplied by the department free of cost. the duty hours of fitter shall be treated as 8 hours equal to one day job.
