Details: dismantling of existing eot crane (5 ton) with the help of hydraulic lifters, hydraulics straightened & heavy labor at sight. repairing of dsl with its couplers, counter plate, gi wire, holding & testing existing motors and other electric accessories etc. repairing of bottom block assembly. supply of current collector for dsl repairing of electrical panel with the required material (contractors, transformer, relay) repairing of the reel of the drum along with bracket, gm bush & keys. repairing of bearing, pinion & shaft. replacement of limit switches for up-down & cross travels. cleaning, oil/greasing and compound (wire rope) re-assembled of panel box, current collector, wire rope limit switch etc. cleaning rubbing and painting charge on complete crane and girder for lt & ct complete welding turning alignment of main drum shaft with its bush & threaded, balancing the drum with counter gears.
