NOTE: a) The polythene film to be used as surface liner or gunny strips should have smooth surface and should be free in holder, air bubble, fish eyes and excess wrinkles. b) Testing of bitumen content shall be done as per IS 8477/1985 (Reaffirmed year 2016) c) Width of strips : Minimum 18 CMs. Maximum 19 CMs." on the 23 Jul 2024.
