Description: Development of Logistics Facility on Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) Basis at Balepura, Bengaluru Rural District, Karnataka, India. In this regard, the GoK, through the Infrastructure Development Department and its Nodal Agency, Karnataka State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation has identified approximately ten (10) acres land in Bengaluru Rural District for the purpose of development of logistics facility The scope of work will broadly include (i) design, finance, development, construction, implementation, commissioning, marketing, operation and maintenance of the Project (the scope of which will broadly include Development of Logistics Facility and related infrastructure in an integrated manner at the Project Site), during the Term of the Agreement (ii) design, finance, development, construction, implementation, commissioning, marketing, management, operation, maintenance and commercial use of the Project Assets, execution of the works and all activities incidental thereto, such as engineering, testing, equipping, commissioning and insurance, etc. during the Concession Period (iii) demanding, charging, collecting, retaining, appropriating and revision of tariff from time to time with respect to the Project by the Concessionaire at market driven rates, and (iv) the transfer of the Project by the Concessionaire to the Authority or its authorized representative upon the expiry of the term of the Concession Period as per terms and conditions of the draft Concession Agreement.
