Tender Description “providing & retrofitting of outgoing drawout terminal insulators for ge make lvswitchgear of unit-3, btps.” 5. specification:1. the proposed fixed and moving outgoing drawout terminal insulator shall be made upof dough moulded epoxy resin with working voltage upto 690v.2. the main terminal contacts shall be made from 99.9% pure t2 copper, tin plated,spring loaded to ensure contact pressure to the current rating upto 250a.3. the extended spreader terminals shall be single alluminium bus bar for each phase tomake provision for external cable connections shall be provided with insulating supportsuitable for connection of copper or alluminium conductors or both, capable ofaccommodating 16 sqmm to 120 sqmm conductors. the terminals shall be such thatthe external conductors may be connected by suitable means such as bolts and nutswhich ensures that the necessary contact pressure to the current rating of 250a andthe short circuit strength of the apparatus and the circuit is mai
