Details: Painting to the exterior surface of Lighthouse tower at all heights with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, colour and 1st quality in two coats over a coat of primer after throughly cleaning the existing old painted surface with alkaline solution and scrapping to remove all dirt , dust and other foreign matters and making the surface even as directed by Engineer –in charge, including supply of all materials, labours, tools & Plants, safety belts/equipments, insurances transportation cost upto worksite and all other charges etc complete .
