Details: Comprehensive Annual maintenance of existing ductable type 3 x 11 TR HVAC Plant comprising the following scope of work i) Checking the Refrigeration system and equipment such as compressors, motors, and their electrical controls on the respective equipment. ii) Checking the refrigeration system for any leaks. iii) Checking the electrical and refrigeration control system for operation and adjustments of set values as necessary. iv) Lubrication of all necessary points in the system & its components in line with the checklist. v) Changing of spare parts or repairing or re-calibration as may be necessary required vi) Replacement of Parts and consumables that are not affected from any external aid including Carrying out quarterly inspection as per Terms & Conditions.
