Details: Piping work of 80NB MS oil transfer line. The scope of work includes collection of 80NB MS pipe as FIM, erection of MS pipe/ fittings/ flanges, fit up of weld joints, butt/ fillet/ socket welding by SMAW, LPT of root & final pass of joints, Hydrostatic pressure testing, installation, providing support, painting of the installed oil transfer line and as per technical specification.Consumables such as welding electrode, LPT materials, primer & paint, nuts & bolts, etc. are in vendor scope. Supply of 80NB Sch 40 MS Elbow/ fittings Supply of 80NB MS flange, class-150 Supply and Installation of 80NB CS Ball valves, flange end with matching flanges and as per technical specification. Dismantling/ Removal of old existing 50 NB line and shifted to scrap yard at approx. 500 meters distance.
