Details: Item Description Dismantling the existing Auto work-shop shed as directed by EIC. Rate includes dismantling of roof trusses and ancillary structural steel work, roof sheeting, rails of EOT crane, RCC beams, RCC columns upto level as directed by EIC, brick masonry walls, etc. complete. The dismantled material shall be disposed of to the dumping ground within factory as directed. The Structural steel, reinforcement steel shall be deposited in the factory scrap yard. Vetting of Structural design of PEB shed structure through RCF approved structural designer. Required data/ drawings will be given by RCF Ltd. Excavation by Manual Means for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete.
