Details: Providing and applying three coats of plaster coat / white wash or equivalent material (In cost and properties) to any surface, at all height and locations as directed including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting with broom, coir and sand paper if necessary or by any other approved means etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of acrylic distemper (oil bound distemper) (Asian Tractor Uno Acrylic Distemper/ Berger Bison Acrylic Distemper/ ICI Acrylic Distemper) of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to any surface, at all height and locations as directed including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting by crack/small patch filling with whiting powder/plaster of paris etc. complete as directed.
