Tender Description deploying safaiwala for attending/ clearing daily complaints of blockages of floor traps, gully traps, wc's (indian/ european) at ground floor or above ground floors (upto 2nd floor) upto first manhole including cleaning throug door bends with and including necessary t & p required for this purpose.note :- (a) the contractor shall provide safaiwala, per day for 8 hrs to attend the above complaints for complete tenure of contract. the quoted rate by the contractor against this item shall deemed to be included the cost of the aforesaid manpower.(b) all the safaiwalas shall attend the mes complaint cell of age b/r army at n area at 08:30 hrs to collect the complaints and submit the same duly signed by the occupant at 1630 hrs in the complaint cell. it will be responsiblity of contractor to ensure their attendance & completion of complaints.(c) the contractor will ensure the cleaning/clearing of all the complaints (irrespective of nos) within 24 hrs by deploying addl s'walas if nee
