| Tender Description | s& f in repairs for insulation for gi/pp-r pipe of dia from 15 mm to 25 mm with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll and aluminium cladding of density 24 kg/ , with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a)consist of natral foam tube 19 mm,rockwool 50 mm thich, plastic wrap,chicken mesh wire packing tape and aluminum sheet of 28 gauge.(b) m&l for cleaning the pipe surface to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all pipe joints are sealed against any leakage.(c) m&l for clamping of pipe after insulations by u type clamp and scrws of requred lenth and scerued properly . note :- (i) rates of u type clamps and screws are demade in this quoted rate.(ii) rates of natral foam tube 19 mm,rockwool 50 mm thich, plastic wrap,chicken mesh wire packing tape and aluminum sheet of 28 gauge are demade in this quoted rate. taking down old existing pv |
