Terms and conditions governing "Refer & Earn Programme"

• Only users registered in www.tendersniper.com can refer and earn
• A user referring a potential customer is known as "Referrer" and the customer who is being referred to is known as "Referee"
• Referrer is eligible for incentive only if the referred customer (i.e. referee) is not already a paid subscriber in www.tendersniper.com. Incentives are provided only one time per user (i.e.) for the first time subscription fee payment and not for renewal or any subsequent payments paid by referee.
• Referrer will earn 20% of the net of taxes subscription amount paid by any of its referred customers. This 20% will be credited in wallet of the referrer (i.e. wallet credit).
• Referrer can use the wallet credit to purchase services from www.tendersniper.com or seek cash refund of the credit to its bank account.
• Cash refunds will be made only based on written request received from email address of the referrer as registered in www.tendersniper.com
• Cash refunds will be made if credit amount is in excess of INR 5000 or for a maximum of one time in a month.
• Any disputes will be settled in Bangalore jurisdiction
